Daniel Kandinov is a seasoned, highly accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record of sales and stellar reputation for exceeding expectations. Among his impressive accomplishments, Daniel has demonstrated great skill in helped his developer clients on both brownstone renovations and ground-up new development condominium projects. He has a hand in the entire process, advising them at the beginning stages of design and layout, to proper pricing, strategic marketing, and closing win-win deals. Daniel has also represented highly influential sellers, and creating an impactful presence serving the needs of discerning clients throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Hamptons.

A native New York from Queens, Daniel had a passion for real estate early on thanks to his father and brothers who were actively involved in investing and development. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business. Daniel lives in Noho, and enjoys spending free time traveling, snowboarding, and playing tennis.
